We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance to your order for added peace of mind. While all packages are carefully packed and securely shipped, unforeseen circumstances can occur during transit.

Without shipping insurance, C&C Luxury Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.

If shipping insurance is purchased, a replacement will be sent once the package has been officially confirmed as lost, stolen, or damaged by the shipping carrier, subject to the insurance coverage terms.
