ABOUT

C&C Luxury was founded by Allie & Toni Sevdalis. Each piece is lovingly made to order or curated by Allie & Toni Sevdalis. They decided to release a jewelry line in order to provide their viewers with affordable and accessible jewelry to bring luxury to their everyday life.

SIZING

All of our pieces are available in a standard size that fits most. Every standard bracelet is made to fit a 6 inch wrist, so in total the bracelet measures just under 7 inches. Each standard necklace/choker is made to fit a 13" neck. 

MATERIALS USED:

The majority of our jewelry is crafted with the following high-quality materials: gold fill, stainless steel, plated stainless steel or 925 sterling silver.  We test each piece and take pride in the quality of our products. 

Please note that all items are sold individually unless explicitly described as a set.

DO I NEED TO TAKE OFF MY JEWELRY FOR SHOWERING, BATHING, SWIMMING, ETC?

That's up to you! We have been known to leave pieces on and they are very resilient! However, we recommend removing your pieces prior to bathing or going swimming in order to protect the plating and vitality of your jewelry. We recommend being careful with your pieces & avoiding direct contact between the jewelry and lotions/creams, perfumes/body sprays, water, etc. 

 PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

Many of our pieces are handmade and ready to ship within 10 business days. Please note that during high volume times, additional processing days may be required since everything is handmade by Allie & Toni. 

 SHIPPING

We ship WORLDWIDE! Within Canada, all orders are processed by Canada Post. Orders are shipped using USPS Express to our American customers.

C&C is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs issues when shipping internationally.

C&C is not liable for lost or stolen shipments. C&C is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to any unforeseen weather or technical issues within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to C&C for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order. 

 WRONG ADDRESS 

C&C is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address. Please email us at orders@shopccluxury.com if you notice any errors as soon as possible & well be happy to update the address for you if the parcel has not been sent already. Once an order has been processed at the shipment facility, we are unable to amend any shipping labels. If a packaged is returned to us due to the address being incorrect, the 2nd shipping is the sole responsibility of the recipient. In the event that the package is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

PREORDERS

Due to high demand on certain items, we will sometimes accept preorders. We always try to get them shipped as fast as possible,  however there may be delays that our out of our control. Pre-order dates are tentative.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Nearly very piece is made to order & custom made for you, therefore we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. Please measure your neck/wrist to guarantee your perfect fit prior to ordering. 

In the event that an item comes damaged or part of your order is incorrect, please notify us immediately upon receipt and we will be glad to help with any issues.  

C&C Luxury is not responsible for return shipping costs in the event that we do accept a return. 

 ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If your order has not shipped yet, please send us an e-mail and we'll do our best to change or cancel your order. We cannot cancel any order after it has been received by the shipping facility. 

MY ORDER IS LOST!? 

Please track your item and reach out to the relevant postal service (USPS or Canada Post). Unfortunately once an order has been picked up by the postal service, we don't have much control. 

C&C is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 CURRENCY

We price our pieces in USD. This is due to the fact that we purchase our materials in USD, so our prices are based on what we paid. Additionally, most of our expenses (site hosts, payment hosts, envelopes, etc) are also paid for using US currency. If we were to convert it to CAD before posting them on the site, the prices would be equivalent to the USD you see when you checkout. You can change the currency via a pop up on the site. 

 COUPONS

Coupon codes are shared via our newsletter & Instagram. Coupon codes must be used at the time of placing the order and cannot be applied afterwards.
