Should I take my jewelry off before showering, bathing, swimming, etc?
That's up to you! We have been known to leave pieces on and they are very resilient! However, we recommend removing your pieces prior to bathing or going swimming in order to protect the plating and vitality of your jewelry. We recommend being careful with your pieces & avoiding direct contact between the jewelry and lotions/creams, perfumes/body sprays, water, etc. 

How should I measure my ring size?

Where do you ship? What postal service do you use?
We ship WORLDWIDE! There will be various options available once you input your shipping address.

Help! My order is lost! 
We ship to the address that is provided at checkout & unfortunately once an order has been scanned (accepted) by the postal service, shipping is no longer in our control. We have added the option of shipping insurance at checkout. In the event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged during transit, the shipping insurance will provide coverage to your order and a replacement package will quickly be shipped out - all you have to do is contact us. Please track your item and reach out to the relevant postal service for additional information on the whereabouts of your parcel. 

I put in the wrong shipping address! Can you help?
We ship to the address that is provided at checkout. In the event that you notice your address is incorrect, please email us at orders@shopccluxury.com if you notice any errors as soon as possible & well be happy to update the address for you if the parcel has not been processed by our shipping partners.

Once an order has been processed at the shipment facility, we are unable to amend any shipping labels. If a packaged is returned to us due to the address being incorrect, a store credit will be issued via e-mail (minus the cost of shipping).

I received the wrong item or an item is damaged. What should I do?
In the event that an item comes damaged or part of your order is incorrect, please contact us at orders@shopccluxury.com within 14 days of receipt and we will be glad to help with any issues. 

What is your return/exchange policy?
If you are interested in returning or exchanging your order, please contact us at orders@shopccluxury.com within 14 days of receipt. Items can be returned for a store credit, with the exception of earrings, fragrances, pillowcases & hair products due to hygiene & safety reasons. Items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear. Items not in their original condition will be subject to a 20% fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Once we receive your e-mail we can issue you a return label. Please note that there is a $14 fee for using the return label which covers the shipping costs. Alternatively you can ship your order back to the address provided at your own expense. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.

We take great care in packaging your orders so that they arrive in perfect condition. If you are sending back an item, please package it appropriately with the same protection. Items exchanged must be in it’s original packaging. 

If an exception is made and we do accept a return for fine jewelry or custom orders, a 10% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your store credit.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Can I cancel my order?
We will do our best to accommodate any requests on orders that are new. If your order has begun processing, we are unable to make any modifications. If you wish to cancel your order, we can offer you a store credit. Please e-mail us and we will get back to you with a solution. 

What currency do you use? 
We price our pieces in CAD, however you can change the currency in the top left corner of our website. 

Do you offer coupon codes?
YES! Be sure to sign up for our email list. All promotional codes are automatically applied to the subtotal of your order. Taxes and shipping costs are additional. All free gifts with purchase are based on subtotal prices, excluding taxes and shipping costs. Only one promotional offer can be used per order. 

We are unable to offer price adjustments on orders that were purchased with a promotional discount. 

Re: Buy x, Get y Promotions
In the event that you wish to return an item that was purchased during a Buy x, Get y promotion, all items that were necessary to redeem the offer must be returned. This offer cannot be combined with promotional codes for the included items.

Re: Free shipping promos
Due to international shipping costs outside of North America, unfortunately we cannot offer free shipping to other continents at this time.

Re: Fine Jewelry & Custom Bespoke Pieces
Fine jewelry (Solid Gold, Platinum, Diamonds,etc) and any custom made pieces are excluded from any sitewide promotion unless explicitly stated. 

Coupon/promotional codes are subject to change at our discretion.
