SHIPPING POLICY

C&C is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs issues when shipping internationally.

C&C is not liable for lost or stolen shipments, even when tracking dictates it has been delivered. C&C is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to C&C for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.

SHIPPING TIME POLICY

C&C aims to ship orders out within 2-5 business days. During sales, this can sometimes take up to 10 business days as most pieces are made by hand. C&C cannot guarantee a delivery date. 

WRONG ADDRESS POLICY

C&C is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address. C&C is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order has been processed at the shipment facility, we are unable to amend any shipping labels. If a packaged is returned to us due to the address being incorrect, the 2nd shipping is the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Once a package has been shipped, we are unable to alter the shipping address.  In the event that the package is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Due to high demand on certain items, we will sometimes accept preorders. We always try to get them shipped as fast as possible,  however there may be delays that our out of our control. Pre-order dates are tentative.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY

Each and every piece is made to order & custom made for you, therefore we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. Please measure your neck/wrist to guarantee your perfect fit prior to ordering. 

In the event that an item comes damaged or part of your order is incorrect, please notify us immediately upon receipt and we will be glad to help with any issues.  

C&C Luxury is not responsible for return shipping costs in the event that we do accept a return. The refund is solely for the cost of merchandise. 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Your order cannot be cancelled after it has been placed. Please make sure to check all details before the order is placed and make sure they are correct.
