PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY
C&C Luxury Co. aims to ship orders out within 2–5 business days. During high volume times, the processing time may be extended. We cannot guarantee a delivery date.
Please note that our fine jewelry pieces are custom made to order and production times will be outlined. Delays may occur.
Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather disruptions, technical issues within the shipping network, customs processing, regulatory changes, or other circumstances beyond our control. C&C Luxury Co. and SEV Fine Jewelry are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, including shipments marked as delivered by the carrier. For added protection, we strongly recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout.
DUTIES/TARIFFS POLICY
United States Orders (Updated as of September 16, 2025)
Duties and import taxes are collected directly at checkout for C&C Luxury Co. This ensures a transparent shopping experience with no hidden costs upon delivery. Please note that these charges are determined by U.S. customs authorities and are outside of our control. SEV Fine Jewelry duties are collected directly from UPS.
International Orders (outside the U.S.)
C&C/SEV Fine Jewelry is not responsible for any duties, tariffs, customs fees, or other related charges that may be incurred during the shipping process. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Such fees must be paid upon delivery, if required by the governing customs office.
In the event that a package is returned to us due to unpaid duties or refusal of delivery, any return shipping costs and associated customs fees will be deducted from the customer's store credit.
Please note that shipment delays may occur due to enhanced or evolving customs regulations in certain countries. These delays are outside of our control and may impact delivery timelines.
ITEMS OUT OF STOCK
In the event that an item is found to be out of stock or deemed defective during order processing, we reserve the right to automatically issue a refund to the original payment method. This allows us to avoid delays in fulfilling your order. Customers will be notified if this occurs.
FINE JEWELRY (C&C LUXURY CO. & SEV FINE JEWELRY)
Our fine jewelry pieces are custom made to order and final sale. Deposits for custom pieces are not refundable. Any issues with your order must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt to be addressed promptly.
WRONG ADDRESS POLICY
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or an unclaimed shipment, a store credit will be issued minus all shipping fees incurred once it is returned to us. Re-shipment will require payment of new shipping charges.
PRE-ORDER POLICY
Due to high demand on certain items, we will sometimes accept preorders. By choosing to purchase a product through a preorder, you are securing the product to be shipped to you as soon as possible. We will always provide an estimated date of shipment and try to get them shipped promptly, however there may be delays that are out of our control. Pre-order dates are tentative.
Any order that contains a pre-order item will not be shipped until the pre-ordered item is able to ship. By purchasing a pre-order item, you have acknowledged and accepted these conditions. Orders containing a pre-ordered item will not be cancelled if the customer fails to acknowledge the delayed shipment for presale items.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY
We offer a 30-day return window for C&C Luxury Co. items from the date of delivery or in-store pickup. To initiate a return, please email orders@shopccluxury.com within this time frame. Returns must be approved prior to being sent back.
Eligible items may be returned for store credit only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with original packaging. Returns showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing packaging may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Sale items, mystery bundles, gift cards, SEV Fine Jewelry (including solid gold, platinum, diamonds), custom or personalized pieces, and hygiene-sensitive items (including fragrances, body care, lip products, pillowcases, and hair accessories) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. If an exception is granted for fine jewelry or custom pieces, a minimum 10% restocking fee will apply.
Return labels are available for Canadian and U.S. customers for a $14 fee, which will be deducted from store credit. Customers may also return items at their own expense. We are not responsible for return shipping costs, lost returns, duties, or customs fees. Any customs fees incurred during return transit will be deducted from store credit.
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet the above conditions.
Gift cards are non-refundable
Mystery bundles are final sale and non-exchangeable

ISSUES WITH ORDERS
If you believe you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the concern at orders@shopccluxury.com and we will be glad to help with any issues.
If a return is approved for inspection and the item is found to be in proper condition and consistent with the original order, the item will not be considered defective.
In such cases:
Return shipping costs incurred by C&C will be the responsibility of the customer
The item may be returned to the customer once shipping fees are paid
Alternatively, store credit may be issued at our discretion
We reserve the right to deny claims that are not due to manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
We begin processing orders promptly to ensure timely fulfillment. While we will do our best to accommodate modification or cancellation requests on newly placed orders, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been submitted. Once an order has entered processing, production, or fulfillment, modifications and cancellations are no longer permitted. This includes changes to sizing, personalization details, shipping address, or applied promotions.
WARRANTY
WATCH WARRANTY:
Our watches are covered by a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty ensures that your watch will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a manufacturing defect is found during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the watch at no cost to the customer. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or wear and tear.
JEWELRY WARRANTY:
We take pride in creating high quality jewelry designed to stand the test of time. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our pieces, which is why we offer a one (1) year warranty from the date your order is received that covers defects or issues resulting from workmanship.
This warranty does not apply to lost items, normal wear and tear including scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals or gemstones, damage caused by improper care such as exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force, or any alterations or repairs completed by a third party outside of C&C Luxury Co.
Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims, and the warranty is only valid for the original purchaser. Please retain your purchase receipt for reference.
PROMOTION POLICY
Promotional codes are applied to the merchandise subtotal only. Taxes, duties, and shipping fees are excluded from all promotional calculations. Free gifts with purchase and spend-based promotions are determined based on the merchandise subtotal before taxes and shipping. Only one promotional offer may be applied per order unless otherwise explicitly stated.
Promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases. We do not offer price adjustments on orders placed before or during a promotional period.
Buy X, Get Y Promotions
In the event that you wish to return an item that was purchased during a Buy x, Get y promotion, all items that were necessary to redeem the offer must be returned. This offer cannot be combined with promotional codes for the included items.
Free Shipping Promos
Due to international shipping costs outside of North America, unfortunately we cannot offer free shipping to other continents at this time unless explicitly stated.
Re: Fine Jewelry & Custom Bespoke Pieces
Fine jewelry (Solid Gold, Platinum, Diamonds, etc.) and any custom made pieces are excluded from any sitewide promotion unless explicitly stated.
Coupon/promotional codes are subject to change at our discretion.
STORE CREDIT TERMS
Store credit issued by C&C Luxury Co. is non transferable, non refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Store credit may not be used to purchase gift cards and must be applied to merchandise only.
Unless otherwise stated, store credit does not expire.
