SHIPPING POLICY
C&C is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs issues when shipping internationally. Please note that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
Once the shipping carrier has scanned your package, C&C is not liable for lost or stolen shipments, even when tracking dictates it has been delivered. C&C is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to any unforeseen weather or technical issues within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to C&C for any reason, a store credit will be issued via email (minus the applicable shipping costs).
We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance to your order.
PROCESSING TIME
C&C aims to ship orders out within 2-5 business days. During high volume times, the processing time may be extended. C&C cannot guarantee a delivery date.
Please note that fine jewelry items are custom made to order and can take up to twenty-one (21) business days to ship, but we promise it is worth the wait.
WRONG ADDRESS POLICY
C&C ships to the address that is provided at checkout. C&C is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address. Once an order has been processed at the shipment facility, we are unable to amend any shipping labels. If a package is returned to us due to the address being incorrect, a store credit will be issue via email, minus the applicable shipping costs.
PRE-ORDER POLICY
Due to high demand on certain items, we will sometimes accept preorders. By choosing to purchase a product through a preorder, you are securing the product to be shipped to you as soon as possible. We will always provide an estimated date of shipment and try to get them shipped promptly, however there may be delays that our out of our control. Pre-order dates are tentative.
Any order that contains a pre-order item will not be shipped until the pre-ordered item is able to ship. By purchasing a pre-order item, you have acknowledged and accepted these conditions. Orders containing a pre-ordered item will not be cancelled if the customer fails to acknowledge the delayed shipment for presale items.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY
If you are interested in returning or exchanging your order, please contact us at orders@shopccluxury.com within 7 days of receipt. Items can be returned for a store credit, with the exception of earrings, fragrances, pillowcases & hair products due to hygiene & safety reasons. Items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear. Items not in their original condition will be subject to a 20% fee.
Once we receive your e-mail we can issue you a return label. Please note that there is a $12 fee for using the return label which covers the shipping costs. Alternatively you can ship your order back to the address provided at your own expense. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
We take great care in packaging your orders so that they arrive in perfect condition. If you are sending back an item, please package it appropriately with the same protection. Items exchanged must be in it’s original packaging.
ISSUES WITH ORDERS
In the event that an item comes damaged or part of your order is incorrect, please contact us at orders@shopccluxury.com within 7 days of receipt and we will be glad to help with any issues.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
We will do our best to accommodate any requests on orders that are new. If your order has begun processing, we are unable to make any modifications. If you wish to cancel your order, we can offer you a store credit. Please e-mail us and we will get back to you with a solution. Please make sure to check all details before the order is placed and make sure they are correct.
PROMOTION POLICY
All promotional codes are automatically applied to the subtotal of your order. Taxes and shipping costs are additional. All free gifts with purchase are based on subtotal prices, excluding taxes and shipping costs. Only one promotional offer can be used per order.
We are unable to offer price adjustments on orders that were purchased with a promotional discount.
Re: Buy x, Get y Promotions
In the event that you wish to return an item that was purchased during a Buy x, Get y promotion, all items that were necessary to redeem the offer must be returned. This offer cannot be combined with promotional codes for the included items.
Re: Free shipping promos
Due to international shipping costs outside of North America, unfortunately we cannot offer free shipping to other continents at this time.
Re: Fine Jewelry & Custom Bespoke Pieces
Fine jewelry (Solid Gold, Platinum, Diamonds,etc) and any custom made pieces are excluded from any sitewide promotion unless explicitly stated.
Coupon/promotional codes are subject to change at our discretion.
